Delivery  and Returns Information

UK Postage costs

Packages up to 2kgs are sent via Royal Mail second class post.

Postage is determined by overall parcel weight and fees are applied as follows:

Large letter up to 250 grams - £1.20

Large letter up to 500 grams - £1.54

Small packet up to 1kg - £2.85

Small packet up to 2kgs - £4.95

Parcels over 2kgs are sent via Hermes - £6.30 upwards

Europe, USA and the rest of the world

Delivery Schedule

We aim to send your order out within 1-2 days of receipt.  Please allow at least 5 working days for despatch and delivery.

Returns

We offer a full refund on unused items that are returned to us in their original packaging with seals unbroken.  If you wish to return an item to us, please contact us at (info@puppyschool.co.uk) to arrange the return.
